My wife and I could not say more positive things about working with Dave. He was honest, we never had issues getting in contact with him or hearing back, he was available pretty much 24/7. Dave was our agent for both a sale and a purchase – on our sale, we had an amount we anticipated earning on our home and earned 4x that amount AFTER closing. On our purchase, Dave found us a home that we closed on roughly $20k below our budget limit in the EXACT location we desired to be in. Throughout the process he was honest with us if he felt we were reaching, if he felt a home was not nice enough and he was always right. I could not recommend someone more and will be recommending him to any friends/family that are in the market.
